First solo EP on 3 Feet Deep is by Pépé Elle: 4 original tracks showing all his versatility and unique universe and a techno remix from Bailey Ibbs to transcend it all. 


The 3 A-side’s tracks smoothly transition from UKG to Breaks and Electro while all having the energetic signature of Pépé: witty 2-step drums and weighty bassline all the way through.

B-side kicks off with EP title track ”Contradiction”, a break electro anthem filled with demoniac vocals and sighing angelic synths setting one very rare electric atmosphere - beware of the final drop !

Finally, Bailey Ibbs remixes ”A3 Twisted” for an effective dub techno club tool detonating with bouncing drums and raw tension.

Guided by yet another of La Cheetah Club’s family members, Alfie leads us through the third Outer Zone with four homage laden techno cuts, all obliquely or otherwise brushing past centre-points of styles within the genre. Having proven himself as a producer capable of making serious dancefloor cuts as @theburrellconnection, this new moniker sees the Perth native coagulate sounds usually heard during the energetic moments before the always impending end of the night. Each track stems from influences or creative bursts entirely different from the last, with the EP opening to a lovingly crafted tribute to giants and ending with something drawn from wider sources of inspiration rendered singular. ‘Plastic Entertainment’ is anything but artificial, made with the direct intention of shaking walls and eyeballs.

The Elliot Project has explored many routes of minimal and tech house over the past few years but this release is taking things in a powerful direction with the essence of charming warehouse vibes which the UK dominated in the 80’s. These tracks have been designed for aircraft hangers and Castle parties…

Koldar is label head and artist of Foreign Language Records and has worked with the likes of K-Klass, Mystic Bill and Justin Robertson. His music delivers huge synths, raw basslines and energetic percussion so no surprise that James Zabiela, Annie Nightingale and Tensake support his sound.

‘Brighter Days’ drops you straight into a drenching of old School vocal, rave era pianos and a bassline line that will certify the wining bass face at any level. Nasty snares and broken beats sit perfectly inside this framework. Campbell takes this in a direction of mysterious powerful dark room house with his signature synths, acid trippy b lines and relentless drums.
‘Do Without You’ begins to twist the cut off pots to maximum levels with arpeggios screaming, filtered synth lines and full force basslines to get you absorbed into something you will not want to end. Koldars skill is clearly apparent and his modern take on an old school sound is extraordinary. Frazer grabs this to close the release and injects an alternative approach to high intensity ruthless house, hooky acid basslines and huge open hats that deliver a full body work out.’'

Presenting Queens of Club: a two-part VA celebrating the established and up-and-coming women and non-binary producers of Ghetto House, Electro, Footwork & Breakbeat.

Night Shift, shown here, is ten tracks of dark and pacey goodness with plenty of breakbeats and acid to satisfy your club cravings. However “generic” is not in the vocabulary of these producers as recurring themes of dance music are juxtaposed on every track with Ghetto House vocals, moody synths or thematic switch ups that will keep you on your toes, even if you're sitting down.

The title pays homage to the seminal "Queens of Baltimore Club", a highly sought-after LP from various legendary female Bmore artists (like Kotton the Cutie and Mz. Thang) compiled by DJ Technics in 2001. Almost two decades later and the club scene is still a hostile environment for marginalised groups and this compilation aims to address that. Queens of Club is by women/non-binary people, right down to the mastering engineer and the artwork designers, and intended for everyone who likes to shake their ass at high speed!
