The third record on Baltidore Records, titled «Rudimental», brings together the forces of two producers from Eastern Europe. This release features three tracks by the label's founder, @Koloniari ,  known for his unique approach to electronic music, combining deep bass, experimental textures, and hypnotic rhythms. Joining them are two tracks from Kyiv-based sound producer @romankhropko, a member of the project Criminal Practice, whose work is distinguished by dynamic energy and innovative sound solutions.

This record is a vivid example of the fusion of two different approaches to music creation, each reflecting the unique vision of its creators. Koloniari contributes atmospheric and deep compositions, while Roma Khropko adds rhythmic complexity and layering, which perfectly complement the overall picture.

ALT Records Presents Its Fifth Release: Exercise in Futility EP by Uruguayan Artist Jorge Gamarra.

ALT Records is excited to announce the release of its fifth record, a dynamic new EP titled Exercise in Futility by the talented Uruguayan DJ and producer, Jorge Gamarra. This three-track EP is a powerful showcase of Jorge's unique ability to blend driving techno rhythms with electro elements, infused with irresistibly catchy melodies.

Jorge Gamarra, originally from Uruguay and now based in Barcelona, has been a prominent figure in the electronic music scene since the late 2000s. His early influences from Chicago, Detroit, the UK, and Montevideo's underground scene have shaped his distinct sound, which continues to evolve with each release. Since moving to Barcelona in 2014, Jorge has co-founded his first label, SUR, and in 2020, launched his own label, Coming From... Returning To....

Exercise in Futility exemplifies Jorge’s evolved production style, with each track offering a unique journey through sound. Mastered by Keith Tenniswood, the EP is designed to captivate dancefloors while staying true to Jorge's deep-rooted influences and innovative approach to electronic music.

For the last release of 2024, we are welcoming on board Matthias with a 3 tracker EP named “Life Among Nightmares”.

The EP opens with "Global Thunder", a mind-bending techno synth-wave track that slowly crescendos into an epic, nostalgic journey of cinematic, futuristic distress. 

On the B-side is "Living Nightmare", a moody fusion of eccentric analog sounds, swinging percussion, and acid techno sequences, followed by "Sunfall", an ode to eternal night where sinister synths and gloomy pads lurk in the shadows, setting the stage for an enigmatic techno-wave excursion.
