Maai proudly presents a split EP featuring two distinguished Barcelona based talents. On the A side, the Peruvian trio of JJ Beteta, Alonso Bauer and Stefan Cukic delivers a dynamic array of tracks. Since 1995, Uruguay’s Two Phase U has been crafting beats that blend classic hardware-driven textures with contemporary dancefloor sensibilities. His latest offering, the Face Five EP on System Error’s ERROR100 series, showcases his versatility, delivering tracks primed for any dancefloor moment.

The A2 track, "Comprando" (Spanish for "buying"), is a deep, techy groover with a subtle, hypnotic acid streak. From the start, a tight rhythm section exudes classic hardware warmth, while the bassline’s understated funk anchors the groove, allowing the acid line to subtly weave into the mix.
