For our tenth release we welcome a keenly watched up and coming DJ & producer; CEASAR. 

This selector come producer has been making strides in the scene with his Drum & Bass releases in recent years alongside his residency with Long Dark Tunnel. This time however he’s turned his ear towards 140 and Dubstep for the first time, and we’re proud to finally get this project out on SUDO. This three-track project encompasses a breadth of influences from the 140 scene with Ceasar making his own twists throughout. Echo’s of Grime and Drum & Bass can be spotted through this release with even some Garage flavours finding a place in the final track.

“Today we embrace Bristol-based SUDO SOUND once again with their latest EP. We've been pleasantly humbled by the label's commitment to showcasing swampy 130-140 BPM sonics of all manner. Today, they come with a debut EP from none other than Ceasar.

The release explores deep territories of the Dubstep sound making it a fitting home for the label, and today we are grateful to premiere a personal favourite from the release.

The track titled Paracusia pushes futuristic sine-waves, and swampy drums—including a progressive switch up halfway in. Certainly one of the darker tracks in the EP.”
