Iya﻿r's current worlds include a whole range of musical activity: Playing Instruments, Arranging, Conducting, Practicing, Studying, Teaching, Sound Design, Composition.

He plays the following instruments:

Classical & Electric Guitar, Fretless Bass, Silver Flute, Oud, Djembe, Darbuka, Ney (Middle-Eastern Makam Flute), Alto Saxophone, Singing, Theory & Harmony, Chart Writing.

Iyar began his career as a dj in clubs, bars, private parties and outdoor raves. His quest for quality dance music brought him all the way to the land 'down under' of Australia where he studied Contemporary Music & Audio Engineering for 4 years at a Conservatorium including: Piano, Bass, Guitar, Flute and Drums as well as Theory, Composition, Ensembles, World Music, Choir and Vocal Studies, Live Sound and Recording in the studio.﻿

His studies have led him to explore the foundations of rhythm, harmony and melody as well as the nature of sound.

These days he is keeping busy, creating Fresh Fusion between Cutting Edge Electronic and Live Acoustic.

Audionai is a DJ and Musician dancing through the heart of California’s rising transformational art culture. With a life-long drive to explore the deepest and dopest of life’s dimensions, he walks with a medicine bag filled with sounds sourced through his healing journey that he offers to a world still starving for the soundtrack to carry it home. 

Rooted in a lifestyle that integrates music and movement as essential spiritual practices, Adionai make his way through Ecstatic Dances and Festivals, incorporating personal hand-drumming as well live vocals into his sets. With a style that holds space for today's global convergence with a gentle touch, yet deep drive, authentic textures from different languages, continents, and traditions are summoned, weaving past and future together through smooth and soulful electronic beats that call listeners back into their bodies to be moved by something deeper. 

With a mission to ground the collective soul, Adionai see’s the dancing container as a ceremonial space through which transformation by authentic feeling and presence open the channels into the embodied lifestyle that activates individuals and unifies our collective into our most authentic expression ~ free in  love on dance-floor Earth.
