Spiritito - Yoga Tantra Magic

When we dance the third eye we intend to have a dance of in-sight so we begin by formulating a question around something in our life that we are seeking more clarity on. As we breathe and dance into the third eye we open into a no-mind state, a silent peaceful place. Our higher intuitive mind can be heard when the mental chatter ceases, so that is why we focus on a no-mind state for the dance.

The focus of the third eye dance is to integrate a deeper aware-ness of the life issues and patterns in all of the chakras. It is a dance of integration rather than purification. It is a dance to open up to the new evolutionary ways of being. We dance to gain clarity and insight, as cultivating the third eye aligns us to divine mind and higher consciousness.

The Root Chakra is the first of the 7 main  "chakras" or "energy centers. It's associated with the color red and represents everything releated to the idea of survival. If we are vibrating in a state of fear and anxiety this negative energy will be stored in the root chakra and effect our physical and mental bodies.

 A balanced and healed Root Chakra however results in feeling grounded, connected to the earth and having a great sense of trust and being safe. The intention of this journey is to help cleanse and rebalance the root chakra.

396 Hz – Cleanses the feeling of guilt, which often represents one of the basic obstacle to realization, enables achievement of goals in the most direct way. It releases you from the feeling of guilt and fear by bringing down the defense mechanisms. This solfeggio frequency can also be also used as means of grounding, awakening, sobering and returning to reality.

417Hz – Next tone from the solfeggio scale is connected with resonation processes or processes of amplification.
