Civ Valian here once again! This is my 3rd song for Artcord's music challenge, "Colorless Quartz"! A song made to capture the beautiful refractions of crystals. Trance is a tricky genre for me. Mostly because I confuse it with Techno a lot of the time. They seem so similar! >W> 

Even so, I think the song came out pretty well! I like how the song sounds and am very proud of it. It's not high grade like a true Trance song but I did my best to make my sound design shine through. It made me realize that I shouldn't be so focused on fitting the genre to the T and instead make a song that really shows off who I am as a music producer. Less so ""Can I make the best Trance song"" and more so ""What would a Trance song sound like if I made it?"" sort of thing. Being an artist is hard, balancing both personal taste and genre normality, but it's all fun when you put your heart into it!
