Nicolás Cortazzo es un artista Argentino apasionado de la música afroamericana que comenzó con su carrera como DJ desde el 2015 donde participó en los clubes nocturnos mas reconocidos de la escena. Al mismo tiempo desarrollo sus propios eventos bajo el nombre de “MOON”. 
Con su ultimo ep "Aretha" sellado en Elephant Chords, ya sienta las bases de su música: un homenaje al groove que transita desde el “Disco-Funk”, impregnado de tonos jazzísticos, con recursos percusivos que van desde el “Chicago House” hasta el moderno “Minimal House” europeo. 
Influenciado por el sonido afroamericano de artistas como Dave Lee, Demarkus Lewis, Lorenz Rhode, Never Dull y Bellaire entre otros, busca combinar distintos estilos de música donde la improvisación sea la clave para lograr sonidos únicos e innovadores.

Nicolas Cortazzo is an Argentine artist passionate about Afro-American music who started his career as a DJ in 2015 where he participated in the most recognized nightclubs of the scene. At the same time, he developed his events under the name "MOON". 
With his latest ep "Aretha" released on Elephant Chords, he already lays the foundations of his music: a tribute to the groove that transits from "Disco-Funk", impregnated with jazz tones, with percussive resources ranging from "Chicago House" to modern European "Minimal House". 
Influenced by the Afro-American sound of artists such as Dave Lee, Demarkus Lewis, Lorenz Rhode, Never Dull, and Bellaire among others, he seeks to combine different styles of music where improvisation is the key to achieving unique and innovative sounds.

About the DJ

Michael Sullivan is an electronic DJ who has a passion for the New York dance scene. Residing in NY, he has been surrounded by many different types of music his entire life. At the age of 17, he found himself drawn to the unique sounds of house and techno that dominated NYC nightlife. Years later, through trial and error, Michael learned his way around the tables and made a name for himself as a burgeoning DJ in the local scene.

Michael Sullivan's sets consist of a variety of genres such as tribal, techno, and tech-house, mixed with off the cuff acapellas and edits that make the crowd want to hit the dancefloor. Growing up in the golden era of NYC afterhours, Michael looked upon many influences including Danny Tenaglia, Boris, Victor Calderone, Joseph Capriati, Adam Beyer and Nicole Moudaber just to name a few. 

Michael Sullivan's early DJ career started when he made his fateful debut at one of NYC's most legendary underground clubs, Pacha NYC. A music venue for those who knew, not only in New York, but across the globe. Michael has no hesitation on expanding his following and rocking the dance floor with his positive vibe and unmistakable NYC flare.
