A recording of Ram Dass Chanting Sri Ram Jai Ram during a lecture in Los Angeles. Unknown date, probably mid 1980s recorded by a friend on cassette I transferred it by holding my cell phone to the speaker so I could share it digitally. Ram Das Chanting Shri Ram

This track is almost entirely acoustic based. The drone in the background is created from an acoustic harmonium and live trumpet lines stacked on top of each other. The only electronic tracks in this music is the binaural beat itself, and the drum track, which we pieced together electronically, but from acoustic drums. This is important because Binaural beat music is almost entirely electronic based. We are starting a new trend. Further, the nature of the chosen brainwave state, in this case THETA, is reflected in the mantra that was chosen, a mantra dedicated to the Goddess Saraswati, who is the Goddess of music and creativity

I started playing with the instrument RAV Vast, guided by my dreams, awakening with the sunrise, singing, giving thanks for this new day. In pure love, Blue, came as a vibrating wave, making waves with my voice, so we recorded everything at once, the same day the song was born. Eclipse of moon, sensation of deep union with the sea and all beings, ocean of love, uniting everything. "

Vibrating in tune, listening, breathing, deeply rooted, reconnecting with our essence, listening to nature, from the silence, we are one with Her and from this listening we can receive her messages, the melodies and vibration that she transmits to us. 

“Essência” is a magical journey through the (sound) landscapes of Peru, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Austria and Portugal. Sounds of pure nature recorded in different places of the earth. In those sanctuaries, from my inner silence, an empty space is created within me to receive and give birth. Being at service to the essence and translating it into music. Serving as an instrument I transmit through my voice, my words, and the different instruments that I play. Being connected with everything, disappearing, like a bridge joining the bodies of sound and silence.”
