Shiva panchakshara stotra is poetry of Adi Shankaracharya. This is one of the most popular stotra for Shiva devotees. This stotra takes on to syllable of Na Ma Shi Va Ya. According to yoga vedanta traditions, the human body is considered to be made up of five elements and these holy letters represent these elements. Na syllable Consecrates prithvi-earth element, Ma with jala or water, Shi energizes agni-fire element, Va energizes vayu-air element and finally Ya energizes akasha-space element.
Reciting this stotra energises our body systems and mind experiences heightened calmness. This stotra is sung by Anandmurti Gurumaa. Her melodious voice streams onto beautiful arrangement of music. Enjoy this soothing stotra and experience the Shiva within you.
