While some relationships are cherished forever, others slowly dissolve into oblivion as time passes. However, what lingers on are these certain moments when undefined feelings creep back up and we revel in happy memories while at the same time mourning the transience of past moments we shared with people which once felt so present in our life. The double-edged character of nostalgia that remains in regards to friendships and relationships long-gone - that's what Break Well tries to identify and describe. Break Well offers a home for a diverse array of artists to channel this sentiment into musical transmissions. Sometimes it hurts to dwell in this bi-polar sentiment called nostalgia, but in the end the positive feelings will hopefully exceed the negative and we will still feel love for each other - sometimes more, sometimes less.

The first 30 minutes are tuned in live and direct by mysterious producer Thomas Bush, who shuts down all the light in favor for a trip into the dark, where blues and folk guitar notes, outcast found sounds and a gentle depressed voice is bringing some profound light while keeping all roller shutters closed. Also, the second 30 minutes are gloomy. They been originated by Lithuanian jazz lover, musician and Vilnius based Hao Dao radio Host Ugne Uma, singing and playing together with LA based multi-instrumentalist Sam Gendel.  

The last hour belongs to German producer Philipp Matalla. As a long time Kashual Plastik friend he knows all the nuances of darkness, bringing a one-hour long rattlesnake trip full of wave emotions, manic jazz excursions, punk spitting, drone dunes, weedy dubby Word Sound raps and piercing found sound grooves.
