Realizing they shared a powerful artistic vision, the Copenhagen duo formalized their partnership and has since forged one of Northern Europe’s most exciting electronic dance music acts known for bold experimentation, artful minimalism, and punishingly effective drums.

At its core, Baime is a deeply personal, transformative project. Named for the Lithuanian word for fear, Baime represents the existential angst relating to the great unknown, and the magic that results from overcoming it. In their productions and DJ sets, the duo pushes past the limits of their own reservations. Their sound is bold and brash and forges a genre of its
own. Baime is, in a word, fearless.

As producers, DJs, and label owners they continue to push the boundaries of their art with every show and release. Baime might mean fear, but it’s also a symbol of the singular magic that happens when it is boldly overcome.
