This is The Knight Apprentice's Adventure x Undertale.

Greenstar takes on the role of the Mad Dummy. He lost his position of being an elite member of the Stars, and that made him mad. Now he'll dish out his rage at anyone who passes by. Calvin will have to be careful!

The glitched/floating flower, known here as Floaty, takes on the role of Flowey. He is still as eager to kill Ender as Flowey is in Undertale, albeit he has more than just one battle at the end of the neutral route. In fact, he fights Ender right at their first meeting, and even if he is killed there, he returns at the end.

A single villager takes on the role of Toriel. He's just a normal villager, that decides to help Ender in his adventure.

Like any normal Minecraft villager, he flees back home when the night falls, leaving Ender to deal with the mobs himself.

*Something feels off.

Ender takes on the role of both Frisk and Chara. Instead of being a silent protagonist or a voice in their mind, he has a full personality and talks with the characters. He got lost in the plains biome trying to find his home, and then, well, the story starts.

When he kills everyone in an area, he expects more to appear, but nothing happens. He finds this unsettling, but he's doing what he's used to, killing all the hostile mobs and also a few passive ones.

This is The Knight's Apprentice's Adventure x Undertale.

In this AU, Celio, also known as the Master Thief, takes the role of Sans. He used to be a thief, but now he just wants to help people around the place. Who knows what changed him so much?
He notices helping you isn't a good thing in genocide and tries to kill you in the corridor where the final talk happens in The Knight Apprentice's Adventure.

The corruption! It reached that bug!

At the very thing I was supposed to do...

This track plays really late in the game, near its true end.
It plays when Colt knocks over a tape player, turning it on.
Which, in turn, happens after Ender falls into the endless abyss below, after the final fight with him, where he loses control because of one of the artifacts.

So, 23 years ago, our old leader made a promise.
It was a promise of hope.
It was a promise to protect everyone.
Including Sunny.
Ender joined our group a day after the promise was made.
However, we all know that didn't go well.
And we know it wasn't on purpose either.
Now both of them are dead, and Sunny caused us so much trouble...

If anyone can defeat Phosphorus, it's you, Colt.
Go through this cavern and find him.
It will be difficult, but you've defeated everything that was thrown at you.
