here is my recording from a wild festival called soria gathering. this one took place way up north in norway during the midnight sun, on an island way out. i played at the lovely beach stage close to ocean, where the horizon was pure and magical.

the mix contains some proper warm analog atmospheric minimal house vibes, something i thought would fit the analog sound of the function one by the great shepherd soundsystem. also the warmth of the sun that never sets felt mutual to the sound i went for.

it contains some hiccups here and there, but if you ask me this is just a beautiful charm in these times where mixes seems way too perfect, in my opinion. some errors just seems proper and original when mixing in an era filled with the indulgence of perfection.

My ninth time as a guest, my second time as an artist, my first time on the "Seebühne"... 

Like many others before me, I would like to thank you for this special edition of the Fusion Festival. Even though my performance was mainly characterized by thunderstorms and rain, afterwards I was just happy how largely peaceful and respectful it was on site. With all the criticism and political ambiguity in the world, I was very worried that in the days during the festival it would not be art but conflicts that would be in the foreground - fortunately that wasn't the case. I was able to enjoy many great DJ/ Live sets as well as interesting panel discussions. 

Thanks to everyone who was there despite the difficult weather conditions. But also a thank you to those who sent feedback and listened to the set now. It inspires me so much to believe in my own sound and not chase trends

4.40 the crowd is gone, the equipment is ready, so we are. We start our journey, well prepared, highly focused and deeply touched. We travel through rhythmic patterns, trippy playful sounds, epic and melancholic melodies and slow deep breakbeats.. the sun is welcoming us through the dust and smoke from the dancefloor, some dear friends shining, dancing and dreaming with us.. it is 8 in the morning, we wake up, crowling in the warm sand with our tired toes. Greatful for that beautiful dream.
