́We Felt The Past` is released as the first teaser of a 10 track album that will come out later this year, providing a glimpse of (all) things to come.

The title track`We Felt The Past` follows Sun People's previous explorations into techno influenced realms at 160bpm. Yet, here he leaves the sonic palette of the footwork/jungle/bass continuum to go beyond it, building a deep and spiraling late-night roller with a minimal 4/4 approach.

`Herbie's Delay` is an homage to Herbie Hancock, paying tribute to the musical innovator and early adaptor of electronic tools within the world of jazz. Built on a similar template to Sun People's highly acclaimed 2023 album 'Joyful Discontent' for Polish footwork label Outlines/Guides, the track speaks of Hafner's deep love for minimalism, footwork, and black electronic fusion music from the early 1970s.

`Look Deeper` is a raw, experimental, analogue jam. Leaving behind structural or functional limitations, Sun People pushes into deep sonic territorries to form a meditative zone that modulates feedback, tension and release.
