One of the pinnacles of Chicago house music's '90s wave, Derrick Carter has been widely acknowledged as one of the better DJs of the world. With innovative productions, consummate technical skills and an effortlessly joyful attitude of rocking a crowd, his impact has infiltrated throughout the spectrum of dance music. Derrick began DJ’ing at the age of nine, spinning disco records at family reunions. Born and raised in the western suburbs, Carter was into music from a young age, but during his teens Chicago's house scene sucked him in for good. Before long Carter became a strong presence in the city's underground dance scene.

Gemini Rhythm is a new sparkling Italian duo that debuts on Sunclock with an excellent 'Slowing Down EP', a package composed of 3 powerful tracks that also include a fantastic remix of C minor.
'C minor Remix' is a very effective track from the pure Afro house mood. A refined but at the same time solid and effective beat, which acquires thickness thanks to the low lap that accompanies it. The percussions come together and, at the same time, alternate with a crescendo of electronic synths until you get to the central break ... very deep, sick ... and then start again on a hypnotic travel that accompanies you to the end.
'Original Mix' is a high-speed train that starts at top speed, with a straight and unstoppable groove syncopated by ayet cutters that open on a massive bass and synth spin that give the track a surreal, almost mystical atmosphere, thanks to the piano melody during the deadly break. The evolutions of electronic synths that accompany the whole song are written to perfection.
'Throwback' has a more dirty, aggressive and black soul. The bass and the most overbearing and harsh electronic synths. The track has an interesting overlap between this totally insane background and a piano melody that might seem like a lullaby. The effects of echo and reverb give way to a synth melody that will have a devastating effect on the dancefloor. The break is indescribably original. The track goes through evolutions that never seem to end. We are honored to publish this fantastic package!

Sicilian producer DJ Vivona has been a stalwart on the music scene for a number of years, running his successful Sunclock label, known for its contemporary Afro, Deep and house output with artists such as Eno Napa, Pablo Fierro, Mario Bianco, Radyon, Dazzle Drums and many more. Some of his own productions for the label feature acclaimed vocalists such as Lisa Shaw and Joi Cardwell. Vivona’s profile recently rocketed after he remixed legendary King Street Sounds tracks from Kerri Chandler, Dennis Ferrer, Tiger Stripes, Mood II Swing and Barbara Tucker. Monique Bingham has been responsible for some of the most poignant, soulful jazz-infused house music of the past 20 years with her distinctive voice and brilliant songwriting skills. Her career began fronting the “acid jazz” band Abstract Truth in 1995 with their first single 'Get Another Plan', which received international critical acclaim. Their follow up single, 'We Had a Thing’ in 1998 became an indisputable soulful house classic due to Matthias Heilbronn’s infectious house remix. Since then, Monique has gone on to work with some of the world’s most respected producers including Kerri Chandler, Jellybean Benitez, Karizma, Louie Vega, Todd Terry and Black Coffee, among others. Bio:
Founded by Dj Vivona, Sunclock's musical direction is focused to the dancefloor rules, selecting current and fresh sounds, doing original stuff. Most of the releases always reached good positions on digital stores charts, supported by some biggest names of the House Music industry. 

New directions has been opened with 'SNKE', a fresh sublabel division, a deeply and techy new side where the hardest sounds are more welcomed. 

Sunclock has also released some coolest compilations with best productions released and forthcoming around ADE and WMC events, and produce the 'Sunclock Radioshow', the official radio format where their artists find a place to mix and vent their creativity.
