"รู้สึกดีหรือยัง" ถูกเขียนขึ้นในตอนที่นักร้องนำอยู่ในสภาวะซึมเศร้าจากความรักและพยายามจะสลัดความรู้สึกนี้ออกไป ในคืนที่ถูกบอกเลิกโดยแฟนสาวที่ศึกษาต่ออยู่ประเทศอังกฤษ เป็นคืนเดียวกับที่เขาได้รู้จักกับเพื่อนทางอินเตอร์เน็ตคนหนึ่งผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ฟังเพลงที่ชื่อว่า imeem.com ซึ่งเธอคนนี้ก็อยู่ในสภาวะที่ไม่ต่างกัน เมื่อรู้จักกันได้ประมาณ 1 เดือน เพลงนี้จึงเกิดขึ้นมาด้วยความหวังว่าเธอจะรู้สึกดีขึ้น ในขณะที่แต่งเพลงนี้เสร็จ ความรู้สึกหม่นเศร้าทุกอย่างของเขาเองก็กลับหายไปหมด หลังจากการแต่งเพลงครั้งนี้เธอคือแรงบันดาลใจในการหยิบกีตาร์ขึ้นมารื้อฟื้นวงดนตรีที่เรียกว่า Sunday Morning Call

ชีวิตของคนเราล้วนมีบางอย่างที่เราลุ่มหลง ไม่ว่าเราจะพยายามหลีกหนีเท่าไหร่ ก็ดูเหมือนยิ่งถูกดึงดูดไม่สิ้นสุด ราวกับว่าไม่มีทางหลุดพ้น จนสุดท้ายต้องยอมเสพติดกับความรู้สึกเหล่านี้ต่อไปและต่อไป "Ecstasy Sky" เป็นบทเพลงที่สื่อความหมายของการถูกครอบงำอันรื่นรมย์ ผ่านเนื้อเพลงที่ใกล้เคียงบทกวี และดนตรีป็อปแบบกีตาร์แบนด์ในทศวรรษ 90 ถ้าคุณคุ้นเคยกับงานยุคแรกๆของ Suede, Coldplay, Travis, Radiohead ตลอดจน Feeder ในยุคหลัง ก็คงจะทำความรู้จักกับ Ecstasy Sky ได้ไม่ยาก

มันเป็นเพลงแรกในชีวิตของเราในห้องอัด ทำทุกอย่างเสร็จภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง
ด้วยข้อจำกัดของเวลาทำให้ไม่ได้อยู่ด้วยกับเอนจิเนียร์ในขณะที่มิกซ์
อาจจะมีหลายอย่างที่เราย้อนกลับมาฟังแล้วไม่ค่อยพอใจ 
ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเสียงสแนร์ที่ใสและดังเกินไป การร้องแบบเทคเดียวผ่านโดยไม่ได้แก้ไข 
การวาง layer ของกีตาร์ที่น่าจะมีมิติและ distortion ที่พุ่งใส่หน้ามากกว่านี้ ฯลฯ
แต่มันก็เป็นอะไรที่ ณ ตอนนั้นต้องยอมรับว่ามันคือทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุดแล้ว
