           Comments: This track is one of my favorites, as I could play it over and over again. I first started writing the music with the idea of working with an orchestra rising and falling during the intro and outro sections. These days we have "Virtual Instruments" that I'd like to use on it, so I'm sure it will go back to the studio soon. Thanks David for another great poem.

           Comments: Although it sure seems to fit a lot of people in my life, Oddly enough, this track is about no one in particular, at least that's how Dave puts it. So, it was not written as a tribute to anyone, it certainly reminds me of everyone who is no longer in my life. Thanks David, for another beautiful work of art, I tried very hard to do it justice. This one certainly will be re-recorded in the studio.

           Comments: This track is actually the third song I wrote on piano, after writing Just What It Takes [To Love You], and Vision Beyond. Oddly enough it was not written about anyone, but rather about the "Ideal" someone, and if that "someone" couldn't be the love of my life, then I would want her to at the very least "be my friend".
A new mix: I've been playing around with a stronger bass line and drums.  in this mix there are no hi-hats, cymbals or tom-toms, but I thought you might enjoy the direction it has taken. I also love my new keyboard equipment for making the Celeste (toy piano sound)in this mix. This song has been down a long long road, but seems it's just getting started too...

I've written and recorded a lot of good songs over the years but back then they were mastered onto cassettes or Reel-To-Reel. [I guess I'm "Old-School"...] So I'm going through all those tapes, and making New Digital-Masters out of them. I've found that you can never really get rid of that Tape Hiss Noise though... but I'm working on it anyway. I hope to take these tracks back to the studio some day.
Foremost, I must give a "HandsUp" to my good friend and Collaborator, 'David Cooper' Of Terre Haute, Indiana for a lot of the lyrics in these tracks. (Dave, I couldn't have done it without you.)

Jeff is a close friend, and High School buddy of mine and some of these tracks were recorded at The Recording Workshop at Chillicothe, Ohio, where he works. Jeff was kind enough to engineer them for me, and taught me a lot about audio-engineering. 
All the rest were recorded in "practice sessions" at Indiana State University, at Terre Haute, Indiana, in their Fine Arts Practice Rooms. (Yeah, I used to sneak in there with a duffel bag full of recording gear and camp out all night, just to record a few tracks.) [So Dedicated To The music...]
