Through this journey of experimenting with different genres and sonic identities, his vision for the dancefloor experiences he wants to create were solidified when he began producing during the pandemic.

okocz, a combination of the Polish words for "eye" and "surround," represents a fresh beginning with a renewed sense of intent and purpose. Drawing influences from Detroit, the Midwest underground scene, and New York, the East Lagged EP inaugurates this new chapter with three original dubby tracks primed for varying dancefloor atmospheres and a high-energy remix from Echo Locations alumni 23.4.
