"The Parque Rodó Tapes" es el álbum debut de Ian Lampel, un viaje musical a través del tapiz de su herencia multicultural y una oda a la ciudad-pueblo-puerto en la que nació, Montevideo. Desde los ecos del éxodo de sus abuelos escapando de Europa en la Segunda Guerra, hasta el pulso de la vida diaria en el Parque Rodó, su visión artística fue moldeada por un caleidoscopio de influencias… libros y comics de ciencia ficción y fantasía, cine, las primeras computadoras y videojuegos, así como música: las melodías de compositores clásicos alemanes y polacos que tarareaba su abuela mientras cocinaba, sus primeras exploraciones en la música de Club, el Dub y el Hip Hop viviendo en la New York de los tempranos 2000, y por supuesto los tambores sincopados del Candombe y los ecos del Carnaval resonando en las calles y barrios de Montevideo. El productor y bajista escribió, secuenció y grabó prácticamente todo lo que se escucha en el álbum. Con una meticulosa atención al detalle, despliega un paisaje sonoro que es a la vez nostálgico y vanguardista, donde elementos del jazz y la música uruguaya se entrecruzan con el espíritu innovador del dub, el hip-hop y la electrónica; Candombe y Murga chocando con Breakbeats, Sintetizadores y Samples. Desde la inquietante voz de Marosa Di Giorgio y la vibrante cacofonía de una grabación de campo de Lauro Ayestaran hasta las colaboraciones de músicos invitados como la esposa de Lampel, la cantante Eco López, la multi-instrumentista Luciana Giovinazzo en flauta o Fernando “Ferna” Núñez en tambor Repique, en cada pista de “The Parque Rodo Tapes” encontramos un testimonio de la visión ecléctica del autor. Un álbum debut con cierto grado de melancolía, una banda sonora para un mundo desaparecido, sin smartphones ni redes sociales, donde todo sucedia en las calles.

Julieta Adorno began to train in djing in 2013. The styles she mixes are Progressive, Melodic Techno y Organic House.
The combination of percussion, harmonies, and melodies, characterized by rhythmic evolutions and a style oscillating between the subtle and the energetic, mark her identity. 
Her intention is to introduce listeners on a musical journey, and thus, transport them through different sensations and emotions, seeking to generate a connection between the body, consciousness, and essence of each person.
Her main influences are Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, Guy J, Nick Warren and be Mariano Mellino.
She has warmed up important national and international progressive exponents such as Khen, Alex O’Rion, Dmitry Molosh, Cid inc, D-nox, Ubbah, Budakid, Kamilo Sanclemente, Marino Canal, Nick Varon, Graziano Raffa, Mariano Mellino, Kevin Di Serna, Soundexile, Marcelo Vasami, Martín García, Ezequiel Arias, Juan Hansen, Nicolas Rada, Antrim and more.
