Made in my legendary Tuiranmaja residence in maybe 2015, or probably early 2016. We opened the door to the French balcony to record crows or thrushes or something. And at some point Rokkis was playing his keychain.

I didn't like the song a lot at the time though, got lost with the mix etc. so we never actually published anything or declared the song "ready". But nowadays I'm not as much of a pop freak as I used to be - and listening to this now I think I like the song a lot more!

sunherd - Lo-Fi Printer Jingle (FAWM-2024 demo)

I had this idea of psychedelic accordion music with krautrock bass and drum lines and I knew I'd have no patience to try program such music, so I figured I'd try AI music generators for the first time, if they managed to make this kind of music.

I can't say I succeeded, but this is quite funny music, it's like cat sitting on a MIDI keyboard, while a guy on acid tries to compose a masterpiece :D

I also first accidentally made it create and sing lyrics (song 08 and 09) and it came up with some nice lyrics and melodies:

This is a very long story.. So I won't tell it to you. Let it be said, however, that SIr Ephedrine is maybe the most valiant knight ever seen in these kingdoms! It is a less known fact, that even he doesn't always succeed. There is already a song about that. The song title is "The Misadventures of Sir Ephedrine" in English.

I decided that Sir Ephedrine deserves a story about his successes too, so here it is :)

This is a song about Liisi, the water troll.

Basically it's a story with lots of plays on words and rhymes, having some folklore people to go drinking and having a hard time in the morning, when they wake up for work.

Maybe I'm missing bar hopping in these times.

The chords are meant to "break the ice" for me at FAWM 2021. It's not the first time for me to begin my FAWM with these. :)
Although this isn't properly speaking super-ambitious artistically, I had a lot of fun making this! <3
