The time has come for us to release one of our precious dubs. Recorded back in the day as dubplate tradition, we refixed that old riddim keeping the minimum elements from the original. The result is this DPLTSERIES #1.

This double A sider brings the vibes of León Demaría and Emeterians riding the vocal tracks. Recorded years ago, these tunes thrills us just as much as the first time.

The mastering is cooked at Alchemy Dubs Studio by Oscar Pablos "Ojah" with his magic touch.

This vinyl-only 12" is a Limited Edition with a Hand Stamped, Numbered & Stenciled jacket. 

It won't be repressed, so hop on it one before it is gone.

Special edition dubplate collaberation between Junior dread & High Pressure featuring a freshly recorded version of No War this time on the Ruffa Roots Dubplate version of the classic Linval Thompson Dreader Than Dread Riddim.

This brand new version chants down war worldwide and gives a special mention to the Ukraine so we decided to release the tracks and donate some of the funds to a charity helping refugees from the War in Ukraine.

featuring a killa vocal cut, a vocal dub part 1 and a crucial raw dub part 2 this release is prime for chanting down war in sound system sessions world wide.

Big respect to Junior Dread and to Red Dread and High Pressure for rebuilding and mixing down the tracks.

Liontown Records proudly presents the first riddim selection from Liontown Sound. The bass-heavy riddim features various artists from Jamaica, Ghana and Germany!
The first version is "Show Respect" by Teacha Dee featuring a really strong hook and a topic which should concern everyone. It is followed by the classic demand "Ganja Fi Legal" by the two Jamaicans, P.Nyne and Adonis. The third version is "Sleep Nor Slumber" by Poppa Yzee. This collaboration with the singer from Accra, Ghana was made possible by Ori from Ankwa Roots eV. The next version focuses on the root of all evil: "Money" by Jalon from Hamburg, Germany. Last but not least "Coronation Song" by Heiko Sunfyah, the lead singer with the crystal-clear voice of the band Rootical Movement from Braunschweig aka Liontown, Germany. 
The riddim selection was produced, mixed and mastered by D4N for Liontown Sound. It will be available on the 11.11.2016 in all major download stores. Lock it, load it and turn up your speakers!
