truly an honor to warm up the room for the princess queen! I begged for this opening slot since I've seen her killing it with zero fucks. I'm tired of females pushing sexuality over talent. i see this girl and i am very happy for the future of my sisters in music. i got confirmed when I was at Coachella so a lot of this is inspired by that trip. the craziest is i heard the first Vindata track randomly and was like "i HAVE to open with this then learned mija made a track with them and it was released like a few days later. i don't believe in coincidences anymore. that shit was the realness! also some current favorites i'm obsessed with like Hotel Garuda. I was a lucky one wknd two at Coachella after Prince passed - the BEST time to be at a music festival, btw so had to pay homage to the king. most of all MAHALO MIJA! I love nothing more than warming up The Republik for Electric Palms shows. The kids are so open to any type of music, as long as it's good music. It was a great sold-out crowd with a lot of you coming early to hear my set. I appreciate that so much that I'm making it available here, even with all the errors while I got used to the CDJ. No shame. It was totally worth it. My first big set since Diner en Blanc so rusty would be an understatement! Love you guys so much thanks for your hugs, smiles, dancing and being open.
