I think it's more like you have the confirmation of AI is doing fine when it's so similar to human learning!

How many "industrial revolutions" are there in the recent history? I don't think the only one was the one around year 1800. In my opinion this is in our nature, the evolution of our theories and paradigms. But everything depends also on our intentions as humans.
