Fluttershy brings the group to a waterfall cascading into a deep hole in the ground, somehow illuminated in brilliant colors and yet still too deep to see the destination of the luminescent water. "We are quite deep in the Everfree, and here is where you will find a very special waterfall. It continues into the caverns below, but watch your step! Look at how it is not dark down there, as the waterfall seems to carry light with it, refracting into rainbows as it falls! The source of the waterfall is yet unknown. There have not been many successful attempts to go down into the caverns (as even a pegasus flying down would have to be very, very careful, and braver than I), and I must insist that you do not try. But I'm sure you'll agree that, from where it is safe to stand, it is beautiful and mesmerizing! If there are creatures down there, they are very fortunate to live in the light of this waterfall."

"Wow, Fluttershy," quietly says a mesmerized pony, "you're right, the falls are beautiful... Wow, if something did live down there? It would be a beautiful place to live, but... There couldn't really be creatures all the way down there, though, right...?"

Meanwhile, down below...

The leafdeer, unknown to ponykind, are peaceful, beautiful plant-based creatures who live within the light of the waterfall and their Rainbow Pond. They enjoy each other's company and like to sing communal songs while taking in the light that the waterfall so graciously provides. Their songs, however, are so quiet that a pony on the surface would think them to be simply the waterfall's constant sound playing tricks on the ear.

This was primarily made with a theremin hooked up to a Boss MD-2 distortion pedal.  Yep.

Also, this track is now banned from Remix War 4's EqD post and the subsequent official tracklist because it apparently can be damaging to some ponies' ears.  Achievement get!
