I used to organize the local Hetalia Day event for my county, which is Los Angeles. Last year I co-authored a "Code of Conduct" which is now used on the main website yearly and translated into approximately six different languages. Since it's been a year, I decided to upgrade my walls of text to a semi-humorous Rulebook on Tape.
