“Finding You” is a romantic and spiritual roots reggae song, a sonic journey that fuses the love between two people with the strength of Jah’s universal message.

With a slow and deep rhythm (~90 BPM), marked by the classic one drop on the drums, a warm and enveloping bassline, rhythmic guitars with delay, and Nyabinghi percussion, the song conveys the essence of reggae in its purest and most intimate form.

The lyrics tell a story of searching and finding, where the protagonist recognizes in his beloved not only human love, but also a spiritual light that guides, heals, and sets him free. Each verse describes how her smile, her voice, and her presence become root, refuge, and truth.
