Stylo joins forces with Kintar to bring a massive dance floor EP to Timeless Moment in Shivaya.
The EP starts with the exclusive remake of one of Trance’s most beautiful classics in form of Ana Criado’s superstar vocals. ‘No One Home’ has been one of her most beautiful lyric creations, with smooth silk vocal top lines and rich timeless poetry. Stylo and Kintar bring dramatic emotions and strong organic synths to make this re-work, no doubt, one of the most powerful dance floor weapons of the summer season. 
The second track is the title of the EP ‘Shivaya’, one extremely groovy number with afro tribal drums, hypnotic progressive bass line and introspective chanting vocals. Alexander Alar returns to Lost on You with a two-track EP. The first single in the EP is the single 'Amsterdam'. This single is a fusion of melodic house and techno. The single starts off with a driving bassline that resonates throughout the entire production. Slowly, we start hearing new elements being introduced such as melodic one-shots, and the main chord progression of the 'Amsterdam'. This memorable chord progression pairs up perfectly with the speaker rattling bassline.

The second single off the EP is "Dubai". The melodic techno single has a short bassline that runs throughout the entirety of the single. As the song progresses we are introduced to an oriental vocal that adds depth to the single. With the percussion in the background and the synths opening up we are introduced to the atmospheric drop. Undoubtedly, 'Dubai' has elements that will make any techno aficionado groove. Lucas Tesoin and Thomas Maschitzke know each other for a long time since both are part of the Suspekt roster and were working together from now and then in the past. With the ‘Affront EP’, the Berlin-based DJs and producers teamed up for a more intense collaboration. The sound of the EP gets under one’s skin with its energetic and powerful tunes but is also deep and ethereal at the same time. A record truly made for every floor, club or crowd that admires straight, resolute and soulfully crafted techno.
 
The most groovy track of the ‘Affront’ EP is probably the remix of ‘Insecure’ by Boy Next Door and Pascale Voltaire. A rhythmic bass line slowly gets supported by a snapping clap giving room to the cheerful melody. The second break steadily builds up the increasing tension until breaking down almost completely a few seconds before the powerful drop. The reinterpretation is in no way inferior to the original, leaving nothing behind but a packed dance floor.

Booka Shade welcome back Moonwalk to deliver their first full EP on the label as the duo reveal their ‘Elessar’ EP to open December.

Milan-based, Neapolitan duo Dario Vizioli and Mauro Morabello, aka Moonwalk, have emerged in recent years as one of Italy’s brightest rising duos within the melodic house and techno scene, with releases to date via the likes of Stil vor Talent, Diynamic, Knee Deep In Sound and Suara gaining the attention of a host of the industry’s leading names, from Solomun to Carl Cox and beyond. Having debuted on Blaufield earlier in the year to remix Arm In Arm’s ‘Hunger For Your Vibe’, most notably featured during ARTBAT’s stand out Cercle performance, here we see the pairing return to Booka Shade’s label to deliver their first full EP on the label entitled ‘Elessar’.

Title production ‘Elessar’ opens the EP in emphatic fashion as the pair weave soaring lead synths amongst suspenseful, energy building breaks and sweeping sonics, whilst ‘Cheos’ welcomes as slightly darker aesthetic as rich melodies meet restrained yet punchy percussion arrangements alongside further towering builds and breaks. Last up, the duo combine with fellow Italian Erly Tepshi to unveil the softer yet bright ‘Ikarus’, guided by resonant leads and Elenora’s infectious vocals throughout.

Elessar EP

PREMIERE: Moonwalk - Elessar (Original Mix) [Blaufield]

'One year after their first release on Family Piknik Music ('The Ancient One’), French duo ABSTRAAL is back with a massive dancefloor weapon. 'Broken Smiles’ is a team work with famous german pair TEENAGE MUTANTS (Stil vor Talent, Terminal M...) and French songwriter / singer JIM (known for his vocal collaborations with LKF Project released on Bog & Agoria’s labels).

Abstraal has grown a lot these past months through many collaborations, releases and remixes. Building a solid profile, the boys have caught the attention of many playlist diggers, labels and A-list DJs. Hot from their recent remix for Outcome and their strong collaboration with Pontias on Jannowitz Records, Abstraal is now ready to deliver his strongest release to date.

Broken Smiles’s original version is a modern crossover Dance anthem with a minimal approach, sparkling synths and a dark atmosphere turning into an epic odyssey after the break. Vocals are perfectly dived into this moody instrumental, while trancy synths progressively add a bit of tension. Teenage Mutants own rework offer a totally different energy, somewhere between Detroit Techno and Chicago House, with an addictive old-school organ hook as key element. 5 stars remix is delivered by French techno master Popof. Form music label boss and experimented producer-remixer (from Hot Chip & Chemical Brothers to Umek, Julian Jeweil, Robert Babicz and many others) showcases his best Acid influences with a driving techno treatment and a mind-blowing atmosphere during the break. Tension is absolutely mad and these synth notes will have many ravers losing their mind for sure. Here’s an other monster remix from this living legend ! Justin Cholewski is also part of this massive release. After his brillant remix for Patrick Topping & Kevin Saunderson (Armada), Lithuanian producer drops a fat kick before playing with dramatic synths and developing a wild and rolling acid-techno monster.

The EP ends with an alternative version produced by JIM himself. French singer offers an alternative indie- dance rework he has produced as part of Wet Sunset, one of his latest musical projects. Very different from the other remixes, this version takes us on a musical road-trip, full of surprises. An oriental flute answers to some raw synths and post-disco drums, balancing with the vocal elements from the original cut.'
