➤ About this VA:

100 years ago the world lived in chaos. Huge wars between humans, as well as great advances in technology that changed forever the face of the world, a world that according to many artists, lived as a prisoner of the rational mind and that did not allow us humans to understand life and the Universe in its wide spectrum.

This is how, with its mystical origin in Dadaism, Surrealism was born. A movement that sought to explore and venture into the limits of the human mind through art. Initially literature, but also reaching the visual arts and so much more. Then decades later, the first psychedelic artists were born, much closer to music in its origins and who represented a rebellion against the established norms in the face of a world in chaos.

Today after 100 years, the scenario is complex again. There are wars, there is a technological revolution and the world is coming out of a great chaos caused by a virus that produced a great crisis. Can we perhaps learn something from the ideas of surrealism, to understand today's world?, remove ourselves from the entirely rational mind to which technology and the "information society" push us, to finally understand the world from an alternative perspective?

Making this compilation was a leap into the void, a mixture of psychic automatism and cadavre exquis (exquisite corpse) that ended with a very free, authentic and very fresh result, with the wonder of the unexpected, including very purely electronic songs, with ideas of techno and even psy trance, like other more tropical ones with psychedelic cumbia, of course others more pop and the others, those that are usually there in our music, the ones totally trippy.

We hope you enjoy this great compilation full of freedom and unusual ideas, which will help you connect with another world through music, rhythm and love, thank you eternally!

ABOUT VA :
Dharma is a key concept in the Indian religions. The term dharma is held as an untranslatable into English (or other European languages); it is understood to refer to behaviours which are in harmony with the “order and custom” that sustains life; “virtue”, righteousness or “religious and moral duties”. The antonym of dharma is adharma.

The concept of dharma was in use in the historical Vedic religion (1500–500 BCE), and its meaning and conceptual scope has evolved over several millennia. In Hinduism, dharma denotes behaviours that are considered to be in accord with Ṛta—the “order and custom” that makes life and universe possible. This includes duties, rights, laws, conduct, virtues and “right way of living”. Dharma is believed to have a transtemporal validity, and is one of the Puruṣārtha.

The Story Behind "Hypnotized":
What began as a rough drum loop and a raw vocal recording by TROJH quickly blossomed into a powerful collaboration across continents. The initial composition exuded raw emotion and soul, inspiring the trio to pour their collective artistry into what would become "Hypnotized." This track captures the essence of shared love for music, storytelling, and connection.
KOYENGA about their Debut EP:
This release marks a significant milestone for KOYENGA, as "Hypnotized" serves as their debut EP. Reflecting on the journey, KOYENGA shared:
"Collaborating with our brothers from Solar Kings and TROJH has been a deeply rewarding experience. To have this track remixed by legends like Atish, Nhii, and Soul of Zoo/ Tyler W  is an honor and the perfect way to launch KOYENGA on a high note."
Behind the Sound:
In the studio, KOYENGA, Solar Kings, and TROJH worked exclusively with Ableton Live, employing a hybrid approach of software and analog gear. The setup included iconic synthesizers such as the Korg Miniloog, Bass Station, and Arturia, complemented by favorites like U-he Diva, Omnisphere, and Native Instruments' Kontakt. This combination allowed the artists to create a rich and immersive sonic landscape, characterized by hypnotic rhythms and emotive melodies.

See You Ba'aden (Remixed) is a 9-track remix album uniting Israeli organic-house techno band Kadmon with nine top producers from America via Mexico City’s label, Nativa Records . Reimagining Kadmon’s 2024 EP, this release blends downtempo, midtempo, organic house, and slowtechno. Kadmon’s signature fusion of electronic beats, live instrumentation, Yemenite recordings, Arabic oud, soulful trumpet, and tribal percussion creates a cross-cultural dancefloor journey. Remixes by Alacrán del Amor, Cedro, Catatonique, Dakarai, Dvniel, Inoie, J.Pool, Juliano Gomez, and Ōme weave prehispanic and ancient influences, merging past and future into a divine, soulful sound.
