The Berlin prince of indie dance, Franz Matthews, returns the remix favour to Daddy Squad by mixing his current single “When You Think About It” into a raw drum driven frenzy, delivering something that wouldn’t be out of place on DFA Records. 

With a driving bassline and vocals even more processed and wonky than the original, it contains an urgency and freshness of post punk, even through the electronics.

Out now on Bandcamp, and soon with an acapella for the adventurous remixers and DJs.
