Moon Harbour mainstays The Deepshakerz hook up with Zimbabwean artist Xander Pratt on thrilling new single. Their innovative 'Hotel East' draws on Afro and tribal house for inspiration. It's an organic, languid groove peppered with hits, toms and shakers that make it hugely authentic from the off.  Pratt's vocal musings infuse it with further charm as the percussion picks up intensity and is sure to sound superb when played loud in the club. As the pressure builds, wonky synths come into to add yet more character to this highly effective sound.

It’s been a minute since we’ve had Dilby on the label. His last one for us was his killer version of “Trippin’” featuring Liv Campbell. Here he takes on another classic house music sample - Clivilles and Cole’s 2Fierce with “Feel It”. This refrain was a perennial favourite in the 90s but was probably most famously used by Da Slammin’ Phrogs in their 2000 hit “Something About The Music”. On Dilby’s version, he teams up with Vegas-based vocalist Trice Be (who you will know from his huge version of “I Heard It Through The Grapevine” (titled as “Grapevine) and takes the sample on a stellar deep house journey. With vocal tones that hark back to classic 80s house Trice Be delivers soul aplenty while Dilby’s raw deep house hypnotics provide the perfect backing. Superb.

Vienna-based producers LOVD & Techno Ganoven are set to release their latest track "All I Want", marking their debut on Kittball.

Parisian DJ & producer La Fitte delivers a stunner for his debut release on GU. Collaborating with one of our favourite vocalists, Nes Mburu, he provides an Afro-tech monster with a superb breakdown and a killer groove. "Achana" means "Give It Up" in Swahili. Despite this title, La Fitte is giving very little away. His identity is firmly under wraps. He was clear about two things: he makes Afro and house, and his influences are Black Coffee, Solomun and Themba. And if you've heard Themba's electric remix of The Goodmen, you'll know what to expect from this banger!
