2. El principio de correspondencia

Este principio incorpora la verdad de que hay siempre una correspondencia entre las leyes y fenómenos de los diversos planos de existencia y vida. El viejo axioma hermético lo ponía en estas palabras: «Como es arriba, es abajo; como es abajo, es arriba.» Y la captación de este principio da uno de los medios de solucionar muchas oscuras paradojas y secretos escondidos de la Naturaleza. Hay planos más allá de nuestro conocimiento, pero cuando les aplicamos el principio de correspondencia somos capaces de entender mucho que de otro modo nos habría sido incognoscible. Este principio es de aplicación y manifestación universal, en los diversos planos del universo material, mental y espiritual; es una ley universal. Los antiguos hermetistas consideraban este principio como uno de los más importantes instrumentos mentales por el que el hombre era capaz de atisbar a un lado de los obstáculos que ocultan lo desconocido a la vista. Su uso incluso rasgaba el velo de Isis hasta el punto de que podía verse un vislumbre de la cara de la diosa. Igual que un conocimiento de los principios de la Geometría capacita al hombre para medir soles distantes y sus movimientos, mientras está sentado en su observatorio, así un conocimiento del principio de correspondencia capacita al hombre para razonar inteligentemente desde lo conocido hasta lo desconocido. Estudiando a la mónada, entiende al arcángel.

Cultured house and techno label Kindisch enlists Brooklyn duo Bedouin to present their own entrancing sonic apparition on the latest Kindisch Stories compilation. It was conceived in Tulum, Mexico earlier in the year and draws together 11 original tracks all commission by the label to focus on the listening —rather than dance floor—experience.
Kindisch has been setting its own agenda for ten years now. In that time it has put out 100 releases from the likes of Einzelkind, Samim, Jay Haze, Raz Ohara and more, and offers timeless and constantly evolving music that isn't necessarily always designed for the ‘floor. Bedouin, meanwhile, create their own idiosyncratic melodies and rhythms for labels such as this one as well as CityFox. They have an eclectic vi- sion that pulls from diverse influences owing to their Middle Eastern heritage, West- ern upbringing and worldly travels.
Here they stray far into the desert and return home with a naturally elegant sound that reflects the duo’s wide musical remit. In Bedouin’s words, “each piece of music gathered, turned out to be a gem that represented a different corner of the world. Each was special in its own way, but all together they organically fit like one beautiful mosaic.”
Starting with their own enchanting passage of deep and absorbing atmospherics, this is a masterfully paced mix that slowly but surely builds without ever getting sweaty. Always supple and heartfelt, tracks like Feathered Sun - ‘Get On’ and ‘Bufo’ from the Brooklynites themselves (one of three original offerings from them) keep things lan- guorous and romantic throughout.
As the mix rolls on, organic piano keys and rubbery synths from Viken Arman and Satori are paired with ever more upright drums, but never do things feel hurried. The second half remains deep and woozy thanks to cuts from LUM, Oceanvs Orientalis and YokoO, with hints of middle eastern melody and widescreen chords, tender vocal wails and romantic late night sax lines all soothing the soul as the grooves slowly se- duce your body.
With this release, Bedouin craft a marvellous mix that sits as well on an early morning dance floor as it does in the headphones at home.

Ii was the third day of the wind but it was not as heavy now and he sat at the ,table and read the story over from the start to where he had left off, correcting as he read. He went on with the story, living in it and nowhere else, and when he heard the voices of the two girls outside he did not listen. When they went by the window he lifted his 'hand and waved. He heard the car start and noted it was the Bugatti. He went back into the story. It was a good story and he finished it shortly before noon. It was too late to have breakfast and he was tired after working and did not want to drive the old Isotta into town with its bad brakes and huge malfunctioning motor -although the key was with a note Catherine had left saying they had gone to meet Boubouteq, Zuma Dionys and Tribu Oro, spend a charming night with them deep in the Gardens Of Jammu, close to Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains right behind and would look in at the cafe for him on their way home.
