Iranian producer Arash Shadram joins forces with Sophijan to deliver one of the key tracks of the year “Troubled Sleep” that promises a night of insomnia and intensity! A dooming and gloomy hook pushed further by an uncompromising beat and frantic arpeggiators are a guaranteed banger for the dance floors. 
Dark already in the name “The Reprieve” shows little aspects of mercy but yet delivers a gloomy atmosphere with pushing beats and energetic breaks. The melody is powerful and memorable alike. 
The most melodic track of this release comes with “Transcendence”. Melodic Techno at it's finest with an epic hook, yearning synths and releasing breaks.

Having already released two highly respected and well received VA’s, Fur Coat’s Oddity returns with “Odd Echoes Vol.3”. The most comprehensive offering to date, the VA features twenty original tracks from artists already synonymous with the label, as well as some new and exciting talent.

Fur Coat’s continued dedication to their label has resulted in a rapidly growing catalogue of anticipated releases. By focussing on unearthing emerging artists within the scene whilst putting forward their own sound and that of established ﬁgures, the imprint has continued to go from strength to strength. 

Throughout the package, we are greeted with what we have come to know and love from Oddity. Twenty original tracks, mostly from ﬁrst timers on the label, which span a real breath of melodic techno sounds. It seems that each artist involved has developed their own signature sound and the VA is compiled in a way that really takes you on a journey. In the earlier stages artists highlight a more down tempo and reserved sound easing us into the work. Approaching the mid section of the release we start to see the artists focusing on tracks that are more driving, with a faster pace, clearly aimed for club use. 

Rounding off the VA, tracks are characterised with faster beats, atmospheric builds and enlightening moments to create records that any dance ﬂoor will be hungry for. All in all its an impressive VA, both in the size of the contributions, but also in the array of sounds explored by all involved.

We are proud to welcome a very special talent from Greece to our label. Elias Kazais is based in Florina and has established himself already as a great multi-genre producer on various other labels such as Defected, Obenmusik, SP Recordings and many more.

He offers a broad spectrum of diverse sounds where his origins and past musical influences are sewn into a multitude of his musical arrangements and electronic journeys and landscapes. As foundation though one can clearly hear, Elias is a dedicated 'groove rider' and all of his tracks emphasize on a deep and powerful underlying bass and kickline.

We are happy to present to you on our label his first EP called 'Mess is Lore'.

2 strong and convincing progressive Afro House tracks made to make you dance.

Mess is Lore starts off with a strong but deep kick and poignant HH's accompanied by a constant mesmerizing bassline. Diverse sound FX, percussive FX and layered shakers determine the groove, moving the track forward. Deep and growling saw synths as well as atmosperic pads and vocals progress in their up and downs nicely to give the track its tension and character. The break is filled with pad progressions that let the listener float trough space and time. Mess is Lore then intensifies for one more peak and lets you drift off..

Mess is Lore is the perfect track opener or closer for your Afro House or Afro inspired Progressive House set.

His second track is called 'Midnight and Mind' which again kicks off with a powerful deep kick flagged by diverse percussive elements and high and low shakers. Deep ambient synth work and melodic synth progression build the track up, interrupted by percussive impacts, Fx and vocal chants. This second epic song with a strong and powerful break made with heavy saws and synths will set your mind in a trance like state where you can just let go of all inhibtions and swirl around that dance floor.

Midnight and Mind a true progressive piece of Afro House music.

Vancouver’s own, Jordan Gill makes his first appearance with Trippy Code presenting his 2 track ‘Ruapuke’ EP. The tracks take a melodic progressive approach with ambient sounds and driving percussion which embarks the listener on a euphoric journey. The headline track, ‘Ruapuke’ features a rolling baseline accompanied with a recurring, catchy lead throughout. ‘Indicators’ follows a similar vibe, however the haunting vocal sample adds that extra melodic touch to differentiate the track. Both productions are fully integrated into the underground progressive genre which Jordan Gill has become quickly known to follow.
