We’re thrilled to welcome Chicago’s Rez Dosia back to Obscura for his second feature length project - the Hurt Me Bad EP. Rez is on the rise as the summer season kicks into high gear, with widespread support flowing in from techno titans Jimi Jules, Fedele, Dubfire, and more.

This 5-track EP spans the spectrum of synthetic mastery, garnishing global selectors with innovative tools for peak-time punch. A New Level claims the A-side role, featuring a vibrantly lo-fi vocal performance from Vela-Fi which floats over a crisp & playful synthetic house groove. Revolution welcomes driving dips & dives; an ominous offering with a vivacious build for dancefloor defiance. The EP’s namesake - Hurt Me Bad - continues to turn the dial, propelling us deeper into an analog assault of Rez Dorsia. Klexos is a progressive-tinged number angled through the lens of acid techno. Closing out the project is everyone’s dear friend - Anxiety. Markus Homm, the veteran Romanian DJ and producer who now lives in Nürnberg, drops a 3 tracker on the ever dependable Sublease Music.

Cubicle is the perfect summation of Homm’s aesthetic - tight rhythms, heightened tension and precise sound design combining to make the perfect dance floor weapon.

The title track Cubicle builds and builds over its 7 minutes, and drum rolls transition the track into new spaces.

Possession is a deeper cut with floaty synth melodies combining with a powerful bass line and edgy drum track.

Part of a star-studded compilation, the Spanish and Sri Lankan combination of Pedro Capelossi and NOIYSE Project found themselves at the heart of "Winter Particles 2019." Now receiving remix treatment courtesy of Yin and Yang, a trio of South American artists pick up the mantle.

Successful artists in their own rights, Ezequiel Anile and Nicolas Petracca have been regular contributors to the underground dance scene for some time. Combining their talents and their initials, EANP has continued to make impressive strides with a raft of production work and some impressive DJ performances alongside the likes of Nick Warren, Nick Muir and Martin Garcia. With a half-century of production credits to their name and work signed to the likes of Mirabilis Records, Strange Town Recordings and Rick Pier O'Neil's RPO Records, EANP has continued to carve out a sizable niche for themselves with their unique brand of deep, tech and progressive house. 

Making their Yin debut, the EANP remix takes "Myth in Manaus" on a driving progressive journey with a bouncing bassline and ticking percussive cadence at its heart. An atmospheric vocal cut adds to the drama, as a raft of new production material is added to elements from the original to craft a rich and multi-layered offering. The result is a remix that is certain to find EANP considerable success across global dance floors.

Our next release is an important milestone. This is the 10th release so we have a reason to celebrate a bit.
In today’s oversaturated market it is really challenging to build a label from scratch. We want to say a big thank you to all the great artists who are behind ZENEBONA RECORDS and of course also to you, and all to our fans. It wouldn’t be possible without you.

We are proudly announcing 'Alright, Come Close EP' which is also a message to all the talented producers out there to come and get in touch with us.
This is the debut of the Highway Records label boss and it is an absolute pleasure for us to have him. Mike Spirit is a unique guy in the scene, a musical pioneer with a charming personality. Mike doesn't want to be part of the herd, his sound is always unique. Both original tracks are super fine house tunes with some tricky sounds. Hard to put them in a category, but outstanding productions indeed.

The other big thing is that we are welcoming on board Soulfeed with an amazing, smooth deep melodic remix. Behind the curtains are Elad and Oren, two experienced guys from Israel who really knew what we needed here. Elad is also the label boss of Take Away Music.

The third remix is from Peter Makto who opened this label as a love project, to keep his passion for the deeper sounds alive. The usual groovy, ass shaking remix that he is well known for.

So here you have the spirits of Highway Records, Take Away Music & Truesounds Music all together on Zenebona Records. That’s why we love the music scene so much, because if we stick with the spirit of this simple rule: music is our connection – we can always do amazing things!
