Sur is born from the uneasiness of three friends to create a circuit between their old Rio de la Plata’s scene (Uruguay and Argentina), and their new scenes in Europe. The purpose is to exhibit new talents and the exchange of ideas of the different scenes. Always driven by the passion for music.
