Details about the Project:

We all live in a shiny metallic grey world; A 21st-century concrete jungle where we are stuck in our own cobweb of technology. An inevitable question arises: Are we the masters of technology or are we the slaves? This song is an attempt to remind us to step back, pause our high speed lives a bit, take a deep breath and enjoy the beauty of nature that surrounds us. To put it in William Wordsworth's way, 'Come forth into the light of things, let nature be your teacher'.

Technology Slave (video link in description)

From when I thought it would be fun to challenge myself to put together a bunch of Indian film songs.. Kollywood, Bollywood, Bhajan, Ghazal, fusion.. basically anything Indian in music. I had no control over the choice of these songs... male/ female, language, genre, tempo, scale/ pitch, nada. I have very mixed feelings on the outcome, but one thing was for sure..
