Had the opportunity to catch up with truly dedicated surfer up in Lincoln City Oregon. Not only does he routinely brave the cold water of the Pacific Northwest, but he does it on monstrous surf and very dangerous conditions. Imagine towing into giant surf and your jet ski's throttle freezes on full throttle. 
Keith should also be admired for the work he and his friends have done with the kids in Lincoln City through their surf club, The Tiger Sharks. Enjoy.
