Took a slightly different path to this one as i was playing earlier on in the day. Wanted to take ya'll on a roller coaster of emotions with as many genres as possible in a dnb set - some sections of liquid, rollers and longer blends, a few 2000s classics, even a bit of UKG and Techno, before taking the energy back up and smashing into huge drops.

Surplus Summer Mix 2024

Instead of releasing a promo mix this year I decided to start a mix series called “Turbulence”. This right here is volume 1 of Turbulence and I plan to have 2 Volumes this year and a hundred percent mix in the middle of the year. This is a high energy mix which slows down towards the end to show you all my new sound which I would like to implement in my future sets.

Too gassed to get this one out. Such an insane opportunity to play at a festival that I admire so much. This mix captures every aspect of my sound, plus my own production - doing this in 20 minutes was a MISSION. Genuinely though, this is the best mix I’ve ever put out, so any love on it means the world❤️
