with our decisions,
and the company,
the way we treat our employees,
the contracts that we sign,
the laws that we advocate for,
they live in this world.
We know it intrinsically.
And perhaps,
us women,
here tonight,
all of us; 
can offer
to the men,
and to each other:
a reminder.
That we're all creators.
What we make,
and the choices that we make,
with what we create,
CREATE THE WORLD
around us.
They have lives.
They can change lives.
They can destroy lives. [...]

to be good parents, [...]
and foster what we create, [...]
and grow them,
raise them,

create life,
inspire life,

make opportunities
