Gorje Hewek follows up last year’s impressive ‘Life EP’, with a new 5-track package brimming with collaborative spirit. The work also marks the Watergate label debut of the legendary Hernan Cattaneo.
 
The artist is a mainstay of the All Day I Dream collective and a master of intricately woven electronic compositions, which also transfix the dancefloor. For his return contribution to Watergate Records he brings a string of cohorts in toe – Dulus, Polo & Molac from his excellent Shanti Records imprint, alongside ADID affiliate Roy Rosenfeld and Argentinean great Cattaeno.
 
The opener ‘Altitude’ is a dreamy bass-driven heater that unfolds beautifully over an eight-minute period and is highlighted by a key driven melody that’s both playful and emotive. ‘Astro World’ is an eclectic slice of organic house that captivates with a string-laden break before dropping down into a rhythmic second half. The EP’s title track is a silky sunset cut resplendent with twinkling pads that has enough groove to seduce a dusty dancefloor. ‘Vida’ begins life as a slinky percussive jam, before the dam breaks and a colourful river of melody drives the track home. Paul Hazendonk has invited two industry veterans to join his Manual Music label for the very first time, reworking his collaborative effort with Mira Nait and Riigs. Both Lexicon Avenue and Ozgur Can need little to no introduction as they bring to the table a joined experience of 50+ years. Their takes on 'Waiting For The Sun' are both totally different but equally mindblowing whereas Lexicon Avenue drops an uplifting dance floor pleaser with chords what will stick in your head no matter what, whilst Ozgur Can dives deep into the world of electronica and IDM resulting in a dark and heady remix.

Susan Right is a DJ, Producer, and Live Performer whose hardware-only live sets have earned her a reputation for delivering soulful, rhythm-driven performances. Her sound blends deep melodies, emotive grooves, and a raw, authentic energy that connects deeply with the dancefloor - immersive and unmistakably her own.

Having played at renowned festivals and clubs such as Loveland, Mysteryland, Pleinvrees, Paradiso, Het Sieraad, and Komm Schon Alter, Susan has become one of the most exciting emerging artists in the European scene. Her releases on respected imprints like Natura Viva, Manual Music, and Cinematique Records highlight her refined yet powerful approach to production and storytelling.

After years of exploring the melodic techno landscape, Susan is now embracing a new chapter in her artistic evolution. Her forthcoming debut album - produced entirely on hardware and set for release in March 2026 - dives into the Afro Melodic spectrum. It embraces global influences, rich percussion, and a brighter, more uplifting, dance-driven energy designed to move both body and soul.

With a background in jazz - including years as a saxophonist in two jazz bands - and over 18 years behind the decks, Susan Right combines technical mastery with emotional depth. Her sets seamlessly merge intricate melodies, live hardware improvisation, and vibrant rhythm, creating moments that linger long after the final note.
