A charity fundraising album project curated by Foreign Concept & the team at Critical, featuring tracks donated by Mefjus, Emperor, Foreign Concept, Kasra, Krakota, Enei, Eastcolors, Hyroglifics and Halogenix.

In Christmas of 2013 Foreign Concept, Stray and Xtrah got their heads  together and decided that rather than let some sought after unreleased music sit idle on their hard drives they would put it to use and offer people the chance to download the tracks whilst raising money for charity. 
This year Foreign Concept has gone one step further and we at Critical have all gone through the vaults and put an album together, again for a good cause. This time we have chosen Oxfam. Oxfam is a vibrant global movement of dedicated people fighting poverty. From saving lives and developing projects that put poor people in charge of their lives and livelihoods, to campaigning for change that lasts.


All monies go directly to the charity.

A.M.C finally returns to his own Titan imprint and he’s wielding his heaviest weaponry. The thunderous ‘Southpaw’ EP is his first full release for the label since August 2013 - and his first solo EP since November 2012 – and it’s his largest ever body of work. And, as its boxing reference suggests, it’s going to cause serious knockouts throughout the summer. 
Five tracks, each precision-penned during a near-constant life on the road, ‘Southpaw’ EP is a chance for A.M.C to showcase his true steel. Inspired by an endless blur of peak time international slots and major European festivals, he’s been sharpening his sinewy sound to the point of lethal weapon distinction. Brandishing a trademark sound that is very much his own, A.M.C’s strident signature has never been expressed with this amount of detail or drama before. Let battle commence…
‘Thor’ ignites with lightning licks of tightly clipped guttural bass stabs. Nodding deftly towards the Phace school of tech with just a smidgeon of neuro naughtiness, the bullet proof dynamics are brought together by ghostly pads that – rumour has it – were recorded right at the gates of Hades itself.

Bio:
Sushi Girl, the multi-genre music production & DJ duo was founded in 2014 in Bremen, North Germany.
These two artists standing behind this groundbreaking project have always been obsessed with music.
There has been great output of sound from the moment they started producing. The love for music finally found its outlet. After getting to know the work of a DJ/Producer plus all of the other different genres of music, experiences were made and influences had left their footprints. Sushi Girl has many musical Influences, mostly Drum and Bass, Techno, Future Garage, Electro House, Trap, Dubstep and Hip Hop, as well as many other genres of music. The consequences of their activities were local gigs and connections to other DJs & Producers alike. The love for music evolved and got even deeper after realizing the boundless possibilities that came with opportunities of producing their very own sound. At this point, both founders already had experience with producing. In 2014 they decided to combine their interests of music and production skills thus making them an unstoppable force. The result was baptized by the Name “Sushi Girl”. The fresh and juicy sound of this German Duo is constantly evolving towards the future of their creativity with production. Sushi Girl makes the music they love with no limitations and no boundaries!  “Music is art and we love it” Sushi Girl~
