Recorded across continents, the compilation captures states of quiet attention: dub’s
slow pulse, house’s steady breath, and textures that dissolve into pure motion. Each
piece reflects the other, shifting as you listen, reminding us that observation is never
neutral.
In the end, what we hear is also what we project - a mirror in vibration.

[Artist Bio]
Gena Ivanov aka Brother G is a Ukrainian DJ/producer. Being one of Ukraine's young electronic music scene pioneers, he started playing in clubs and took the first steps into producing in the late 90s, repeatedly changing his sound from hip-hop/jungle/idm to the deep & warm techno and house music you hear today.

Brother G has also published a series of releases under other aliases; G- Transition, Evdokeem, Target 27 and Head 278 on various labels around the world such as Rawax, Boe, Udacha, Rough House Rosie, Denkbar, Chevengur Melody, Manuscript, Sale/Nova and his own imprints; Gravitysurfer and Mysterious Russian Soul.

She has joined our own Upside Your Mind down in Yorks' Sotano basement numerous times and also runs the Imaginarium in Leeds plus the Hideous Things and Shso projects. 
This edition is a shifting and evolving ride into one of the Complexa's deeper energies, here we find ourselves holding on as Roya expertly guides us down to feel its embrace.

"I have been a collector since 1986 and with almost 20,000 records it is always a challenge to find the right records for a good mix.
I love the sound of the years 1990 to 1992 a lot, maybe because then I started to produce my first songs and I was very obsessed with that particular and so hot sound, especially the songs that are made with those Japanese machines from Roland, Yamaha and Korg .
With this podcast I wanted to take you on a journey through that time, which influenced me a lot as a DJ and producer and which is still a source of ideas for my work.
I have also wanted to continue what was my time at oven club almost 2 years ago, it was a very special experience and with this mix I want to let her live again. "
