A stalwart of our scene and a staunch proponent of textured and introspective sounds, Dave delivers Mantra Collective a considered mix spanning ethereal grooves and avant-garde loops. 

Owner of Sydney’s finest underground dance music record store, Something Else Records, he’s a true and recognised curator of sonic journeys both on and off the D-Floor. Having made appearances in DJ booths the world across, Dave’s experience speaks for itself – known best for melding club fodder tracks with thought provoking dancefloor killers. 

We’re excited to have our very own Whitecat go back-to-back with Dave this weekend at Club Fusion in Sydney in a showcase of all the right sounds.

@julianperez developed his love for electronic music during the early 90’s heavily influenced by the music coming out of US and UK. He’s recognized amongst his peers as a unique and diverse DJ. His personal style and approach to DJing can be summarized in four simple words: dedication, discernment, respect and patience.
Julian released his first record in 2010 and before long it became clear that the next logical step was to launch his own label. Thus, ”Fathers & Sons Productions” was born… A strictly vinyl-only label which he founded with a friend in 2012. This, provided Julian a platform to push his sound worldwide and within a short of period time.
2017 was the year when his fresh own project ”Girada Unlimited“ was launched and quickly gained the attention of the real crate diggers. A vinyl-only label already heavily supported before even knowing who was behind it. The tenth release of the label comes as Julian’s second album “Break-Even” in 2021 and right after a solid series of records by Julian among other producers.
Perez has acquired an impressive international reputation, playing in the most relevant festivals such as Sunwaves in Romania, Epizode in Vietnam and hosting his own events during Sonar Week in Barcelona, Kazantip Festival in Crimea, Winter Music Conference in Miami and in some of the finest underground parties and frequently in essential clubs worldwide like @rexclub in Paris, @fabric in London, Womb in Tokyo and Robert Johnson in Offenbach just to name a few, showing not only him as a label boss, but as an independent artist. He’s been nominated as best artist on 2012 and 2013 by Vicious Music Awards and on newcomer category by DJ Awards in 2016.
Julian has been a regular at Underground Ibiza club since years, hosting his own nights over the summer season. Besides that, he’s been invited frequently to @richiehawtin ’s ENTER. at Space and to Sven Vath’s @cocoonrecordings Ibiza.
The best to enjoy Julian is to listen to him live on the dancefloor… from technique to record selection in his own world behind the decks.

With his debut album soon to drop, we caught up with one man groove machine Steve O Sullivan to discuss the creative process, collaborations with artists such as Ricardo Villalobos, Thomas Melchior and much more. Steve has been performing and touring the world since the late 90s, so why now for his debut album? We had to find out and the UK based producer was happy to tell all. Talk turned from memories of a more DIY London scene to the unique series of collaborations that make up his debut album. All that and of course some of the tracks from an outstanding LP.

Regardless, Andu Simion is not at all a newcomer in the minimal stage. Mostly known for its activity within the different projects, Andu has contributed with singles for various EPs of incremental minimal labels and has developed multiple collaborative projects during his career. However, every time he surprises with a playful selection of compositions that is supposed to mimic a trip through the night, body, space and time. 

As one third of the Lisière Collectif, Andu Simion learned early and often how to take a dancefloor on a hypnotic, grooving journey throughout the night. Andu comes from the outskirts of Ploiești, Romania and you can hear the industrial side of the city in his sound. It’s safe to say that, while clearly being inspired by the Romanian minimal movement, he has crafted his own particular style: a deep, if maybe just a little acid-infused journey that has landed him a very nice releases on Atipic and Atipic Lab, Priku’s labels.

He’s also half of A Dublu or Anduli projects and a well-established member of the rominimal scene with numerous releases on nice labels such as Palinoia, Polen, Particular, Cueva Records, Diffuse Reality, Insound Recordings or Cakeman.
