Berlin based DJ/producer Alignment returns to Etruria Beat this May to deliver ‘Interference’, accompanied by two commanding and powerful remixes from Luca Agnelli and Madrid’s Regal.
 
With releases to date on the likes of Involve Records, Voxnox and Etruria Beat, with his last release on the Italian label coming in the form of his ‘Gravity’ EP in 2016, Berlin’s Alignment ranks amongst the shortlist of names to keep an eye on when it comes to emerging producers within the techno sphere. 
For his return to Etruria, the Italian steps up to reveal two high-octane cuts whilst Etruria founder Luca Agnelli and Involve boss turn in impressive interpretations of the lead track. 
Opening the EP, title cut ‘Interference’ combines 90’s acid sounds with trance-tinged synths to reveal a production primed for the dancefloor, before handing over control to Luca Agnelli who introduces hypnotic and suspenseful builds and breaks to proceedings, whilst switching up the track’s lead lines to create a warping journey. 
Next up, Regal who raises the energy even further and reinforces the original’s acid patterns with his own trademark sonics before ‘Turn Off’ concludes the package as hypnotic synth melodies merge alongside powerful driving rhythms throughout.

präsentiert. Kevin, einer der Mitgründer von „Dopaminmangel“ und „08.15techno.Rec“, kommt ursprünglich aus Hannover, wohnt aber nun seit 6 Jahren in Castrop-Rauxel. Seine musikalische Heimat hat er im Hardtechno und Earlyhardcore, ab Tempo 145, gefunden. Techno bedeutet für den 30-jährigen in erster Linie Toleranz, Freiheit, Liebe, Ehrlichkeit und vor allem Leidenschaft! Seit 2 Jahren steht er aktiv hinterm Pult, ein Teil seines Lebens ist Techno aber mit mittlerweile 22 Jahren schon weitaus länger.

Question: What happens when you combine 2 parts techno, a dash of trance, stir in some dark rave vibes with some heavy pounding kick drums?

Answer: *splooges*  

KUMANI is co-founder of the label "08.15techno.rec" and is also part of a collective of like minded individuals running underground events and promotions around his hometown area of Ruhrpott, Germany.

Whilst a relative newcomer to the DJ scene starting only last year, his love for electronic music has spanned nearly a decade as a festival attendee and supporter of the sounds that he loves.

This mix is a massive slab of BIG ROOM 'vibes', pulling in tracks across varying subgenres of the modern techno sound. We would like to thank KUMANI for the submission, and for being a part of our podcast series.

Hard, harder... Sutura! Burhan Kurtcu is a german guy with turkish roots, born in Heilbronn, is also known as SUTURA. As he was 10 years old he was already fascinated by electronic music. _The scene in this time was dominated by Electro and Breakbeat. 1995 he saw Miss Djax in a club called "alte Giesserei" and he was infected by Techno music!! Through his passion for the music and a friend he started deejaying himself. First time standing behind the decks, he felt the magic of the crowd and gave him energy for the future! Half of his money earned by playing, was invested in vinyls. 2000 he was booked at the legendary "Titty Twister"... and after this performance he played numerous times in several clubs in Heilbronn. He fascinated the crowd and the crowd fascinated him! So a real Fanbase came up! Through his friend "Liquid I" he started to digitalize his arrangements. Soon his first record was released on "Notsignal" in 2004; played by several big names of the scene! Next step was done by sending many many Demo Cds to the record labels. 2006 Dj Rush heard his tracks and decided to release them on the popular label Kne'Deep records! This was the beginning of a new era! Now you can find his productions in sets of Pet Duo, Sven Wittekind, Robert Natus, Dj Bold, Kaoz, Marco Remus and many more. Since 2007 you can find SUTURA on the most popular compilations in the whole world, like Dj Rush & Felix Kröcher - U60311 Vol6! Now he played all over germany! 2008 he firstly was booked in other countries, for example in Vienna in Austria! Everyone liked him and his music and so he got more and more gigs... Then it happened, Dj Superstar Sven Wittekind asked him to produce a record for his label "Inflicted"!! It was called "Arabian nights"! Then Sutura performed at Sven Wittekinds birthday party and smashed the crowd! After this weekend ABSTRACT head Sven Schaller decided to pick him up into his agency! Releases like Abstract016 and Toolterror013 followed and the succes was massive! so be prepared for a high quality Techno act at its best!
