10 Sweet Minutes to Restful Awareness

This is a guided visualisation, taking you on a journey from the Ordinary to the Mythical, often referred to as The Hero’s Journey.

Within everyone of us are our Heroes and Heroines, and I will guide you to connect with that part of yourself. It takes time and practice to tune into these aspects, so dive in and see what you uncover and what is revealed.
As you enter this field of your awareness, I encourage you to explore it and go there regularly, ideally everyday so that you become more and more familiar with it.

Body awareness meditation is a focused attention mindfulness meditation practice which helps you train your mindfulness muscle and to become more intimate with your body, its language, and its wisdom.

Experientially you could describe a body scan as tuning in or opening to sensations, allowing yourself to become aware of what is already unfolding, much of which is usually tuned out because it is so mundane and so familiar that you hardly pay attention to it.
