In this album, the Yogasutras are first recited in small phrases, with a pause for repetition after each phrase.  This split version of each sutra is followed immediately by a recitation of the entire sutra, so that the continuity of the sutras is maintained.  The sutras are separated in sets of 10-15 per track for convenient access.  In the last 4 tracks on this album, the entire Yogasutras are recited without a break, for the student to chant along, or simply to hear and reflect on.

Yogasutras III : 51-55

Be the Love you Seek is a fusion of musical expression with elements of sound therapy to assist in guiding the listener towards relaxation.  Instruments include Classical Guitar, Tibetan (Himalayan) Singing Bowls, Gong, Percussion and Native American Flute. (432hz and 936hz tunings)

Tracks 1 - 7 are musically based featuring classical guitar and Tibetan Singing Bowls.  Tracks 3, 4, 5, and 7 share the same tonal center (B) in the tuning of 936hz (third eye chakra).  Tracks 8 - 11 move towards a sound therapy based approach, culminating with a guided meditation in the final track.

Several of the tracks here will also be released as singles at a later date with an additional “breath guidance” option. The breath guidance option is for the listener to follow a sequence of rhythmically guided breath (with the music). This practice is designed to assist the listener in activating the parasympathetic nervous for deeper states of relaxation as well as meditative brainwave states.
