The mix i've put together very much sums up my style, all energy and groove.

I got into Electronic Music through my Dad, wherever we drove, he always put some form of electronic music on, ranging from Kraftwerk to Tiesto's early trance days (Elements of Life and Just Be albums in particular). Like anyone I started messing around on a computer in my bedroom with Virtual DJ when I was around 15/16 but didn't really push myself until I was about 17.  I started to put together some mixes on Mixcloud (questionable mixing at times, I blame inexperience) and giving out CD copies to my mates whilst in Sixth Form. I took my love for music to Uni with me and Newcastle was a great place for it. I DJ'd a few house parties but never really got a look in until I was introduced to one of the guys who puts on a lot of Lancaster's events whilst back at home for the Christmas break. He offered me a slot on New Years Eve 2013 alongside the resident, I obviously took the opportunity and I'm thankful I did. Since, I've taken over the residency for Saturday nights in Glow Rooms and continuously travel from Newcastle to Lancaster (2 and a half hour journey) every weekend. From the start I wanted to turn it into a place full of energy, and I believe I have succeeded in doing that. I've now started work on producing my own stuff, having read numerous production books and tutorial after tutorial on Youtube, I just want to take the next step.

Helloo, I’m Mischa B! I’m a 16 year old aspiring DJ from Blackpool. I have a huge passion for all genres of music however I love mixing up deep and future house tracks, bringing the old into the new. I started off DJing for a small amount of time before I jumped straight into my first event,  it was one of the best experiences of my life. I hope to carry on with many more events throughout 2016 and in the future to move onto bigger and better things
