Caroline" is an homage to the late Agatha of Sicily; who was tortured for refusing the governors marriage proposal... It's crazy when you think that the oppression upon women back in the 3rd century is not much different from today. So basically, I'm addressing a very known issue in our society but this time I am also praising the women who went through similar situations and got out without losing their fierce determination.

Beginnings

As soon as I first heard the custom made beat, I fell in love with the vibe. The 90s RnB type of vibe hit me right in the chest and I knew I had to make this song about reminiscing the old times but at also realizing that it's totally fine how things turned out... But most importantly, it's ok to feel simply "ALRIGHT" no matter how much pressure you get..! Your (mental) health is what you have to protect at all cost <3

It is better to strive for the good rather than for the bad, but that doesn't imply the absence of roughness throughout the journey.

“Rules” has a very clear message: “I'm here, I can; either you feel it or not, I'll do my thing!” It's a protest song, her answer to the Black Lives Matter-movement.
