Cortez (Cayne Money) Cole was born in Memphis, Tennessee on June 2, 1989.
His family relocated to Milwaukee at the age of three. As he grew older, he began to venture out on his own. Cayne started to rap because he had so much energy and music was all around him. He always knew that he had the lyrical talent, but it never seemed to go his way. Cayne began distributing drugs at the age of 14 and got into a little trouble and discovered that wasn't the way for him to go. He realized he had to become a man and to represent for everybody around him. Cayne began to write more and more and then it was time to step up. His manager called him on day and said, "I got Project Pat, do you have any material”. He said “no, but I'll make some right now”. Everything else is history.
