Had this cover in the works for the longest time. I'm so glad I took the time to finish it though! 

I think I was initially drawn to it because of the songs arrangement. I wanted to try tackling as many of the instruments as I possibly could by myself when recreating it, even though I'm not a keys player. The keys in particular I struggled with to just try and keep time with the rest of the track.

Through recreating it though, I learned so much about production in and of itself, especially in the way each instrument layer contributes to each part of the frequency spectrum. For example, the interaction between the synth layers poking through the mix just underneath the brightness of the mellotron. Just little things here and there in the arrangement really helped contribute to the fullness of the sound, and I'm super happy with the way it's turned out.
